I was outside with my kids enjoying the bright fall day, when I found this little mushroom among the fluffiest moss. I had to stop and take a picture, but I can never stop at one. That made me think you all might like to see some nature, so I have put together a couple of my favorites from this year to share.
Just a pine cone on the ground, but I liked it with the orange and brown pine needles behind it
My burning bush just starting to go red in the yard. The hint of green is fun to me.
Ok I admit it. I am a sucker for a orange leaf that has fallen in Autumn. The dark and light contrast works well.
Kale I grew, it was oddly pleasing. I think the purple in the leaves caught my eye when I was walking around the yard.
Ok, maybe I like all fallen leaves, not just orange ones. The red and yellow ones too! It was such a bright a pretty day outside, I could not help myself.
One of the last mushrooms before the snow covers the land. As they say, winter is comming.
My chicken eggs always make me smile. Plus they look like a face smiling back at me today.
Burning bush in my yard finally fully caught fire and in the sunshine it looks even brighter! Makes me think of the song Autumn leaves by Nat King Cole.
